For teams unable to attend a recognised preliminary. One team account, a separate application and evidence for each challenge.
Prepare one PDF per challenge.
Select at least three distinct challenges, with a level for each. Ground and aerial Single Robot challenges count separately, as do FPV and autonomous modes.
Identify your team, challenge and level. Explain the robot or simulator configuration, safety checks, test setup and results. Put mission video links inside the PDF.
Physical challenges use their existing rulebooks; simulation guidance is inside Single Robot. You do not need to register for a city you will not attend.

Passing the approved assessment for the selected challenges and level will earn your team a Tokyo place and an invitation to register.
Before applications open, the committee must approve and publish evaluation criteria, passing thresholds, level requirements and submission deadlines.
